Media manager (full-time)
Role and responsibilities:

Managing our social media accounts

Qualifications:

B. A (preferably in the arts, marketing or communications)

At least one or two years of experience working in the arts or non-profit communications

Knowledge in using social media applications which include but not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, etc.

Knowledge in using photo editing applications such as Adobe Photoshop, etc.
IT Technician (part-time)
Role and responsibilities:

General end-user Help Desk support

Assisting IT server and network support staff
Qualifications:

B. Sc
-
Thorough knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office programs

Apple Mac experience in setup and configuration
-
Good interpersonal skills and pleasant phone and “desk side” manner to assist non-technical individuals with complex technical issues
