Terms and Conditions:

  1. Your request for internship must be backed by one signed letter of recommendation from your college/university or a guardian with their contact details. It should be written on your college/university letterhead.

  2. No information, reports, books and images at LAMO can be copied without permission or taken away.

  3. LAMO will write a letter of recommendation for you and/or give you a certificate only on completion of the internship and/or project you have been assigned during the period.

  4. You will be expected to write and submit a short report to LAMO at the end of your internship.

  5. LAMO is not able to cover travel and accommodation costs during your internship, nor give stipends.

  6. If you have any health problems or are on medication that may have adverse effects at high altitude it is important that you inform LAMO. The organization will not be responsible or liable for any effects due to health and medical concerns.

  7. You must provide LAMO with the contact details of one person at your college/university/home whom the organization can reach out to should the need arise.

  8. Attendance will be marked daily, and interns are expected to adhere to the designated timings. Regularity and punctuality will be considered part of your performance.

  9. In case of any medical or health issues, or if you are unable to attend on a particular day, you must inform LAMO in advance.

  10. Interns are expected to adhere to LAMO’s code of conduct by working ethically, maintaining professionalism, and treating colleagues and others with respect. Any form of harassment, misconduct, or misuse of LAMO’s property and equipment is strictly prohibited. Interns must carry out their responsibilities in a manner that upholds the standards and values of LAMO.
